Here at 70 East Custom Carts we are proud to be able to build you the street legal/LSV (low speed vehicle) cart of your dreams. We offer them as either 4 or 6 seaters, and they come in a variety of colors. They have a top speed of 25mph and run off of a 48 volt system.
